Your account
One account per person. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Fair play
No scripts, bots, shared answers, multiple accounts or anything else that fakes a result. Ranks, XP and league placement earned this way will be removed and repeat cases lose access.
Conduct in rooms
Community rooms and reactions are shared spaces used by school and college students. Harassment, abusive language and impersonation are grounds for removal from a room or from the platform.
Content
Questions, explanations, artwork and the Examo name belong to Examo. You may use them inside the app for your own preparation, not for redistribution or resale.
Pricing and payment
All prices on Examo are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments are processed securely by PayStation, so Examo never receives or stores your card number or mobile banking PIN. Each paid plan gives access for the period shown at the time of purchase: Examo Plus for 31 days, Season Pass for 93 days, or Champion Pass for 366 days.
Refunds and delivery
Refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy. How your plan reaches your account is set out in the Delivery Policy.
Changes
Features and limits may change as the product develops. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
