Returns
Examo is a digital service, so there is nothing physical to return. A refund request takes the place of a return, under the terms below.
Refund window
A refund can be requested within seven days of purchase on any paid plan: Examo Plus, Season Pass or Champion Pass.
How to request one
- Write to hello@examo.net from the phone number or email on the account
- Include the transaction ID and the date of payment
- Say briefly what went wrong so we can fix it for the next person
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through PayStation to the original payment method, or by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer where the original method cannot receive a return. Expect 7 to 10 working days after approval.
Cancelling a plan
Cancel any time from Account settings. Your plan stays active until the paid period ends, after which the account returns to the free tier with all data, XP, rank and streak intact.
Not covered
Refunds are not issued for accounts removed under the fair play or conduct rules in the Terms & Conditions.

Examo একটি ডিজিটাল সেবা, তাই ফেরত দেওয়ার মতো কোনো ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য নেই। নিচের শর্ত অনুযায়ী রিফান্ডের আবেদনই রিটার্নের জায়গা নেয়।
রিফান্ড উইন্ডো
যেকোনো পেইড প্ল্যানে, Examo প্লাস, সিজন পাস বা চ্যাম্পিয়ন পাস, কেনার সাত দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড চাওয়া যাবে।
যেভাবে আবেদন করবে
- অ্যাকাউন্টের ফোন নম্বর বা ইমেইল থেকে hello@examo.net-এ লেখো
- ট্রানজেকশন আইডি আর পেমেন্টের তারিখ দাও
- সংক্ষেপে জানাও কী সমস্যা হয়েছিল, যাতে পরের জনের জন্য ঠিক করতে পারি
প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড PayStation-এর মাধ্যমে মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমে ফেরত যায়, বা মূল মাধ্যমে ফেরত না গেলে বিকাশ, নগদ বা ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফারে। অনুমোদনের পর ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস লাগে।
প্ল্যান বাতিল
অ্যাকাউন্ট সেটিংস থেকে যেকোনো সময় বাতিল করো। পেইড সময় শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত প্ল্যান চালু থাকে, তারপর অ্যাকাউন্ট ফ্রি টিয়ারে ফেরে, সব ডেটা, XP, র্যাংক আর স্ট্রিক অক্ষত থাকে।
যা প্রযোজ্য নয়
শর্তাবলির ফেয়ার প্লে বা আচরণ বিধির অধীনে সরানো অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য রিফান্ড দেওয়া হয় না।
