What we deliver
Examo is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically, and there is no delivery charge.
How your plan reaches you
Your paid plan activates on your Examo account automatically once PayStation confirms your payment, normally within a few minutes. You can use it straight away at app.examo.net and in the Examo Android app, with the same account.
If activation is delayed
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to hello@examo.net or call +880 1343-008551 with your transaction ID. We will activate your plan, or refund the payment under the Return & Refund Policy.
Where the service is available
Examo works anywhere in Bangladesh with an internet connection, in a phone browser, on a computer, or in the Android app.

আমরা কী ডেলিভার করি
Examo একটি ডিজিটাল সেবা। কোনো কিছু ফিজিক্যালি পাঠানো হয় না, এবং কোনো ডেলিভারি চার্জ নেই।
প্ল্যান যেভাবে পৌঁছায়
PayStation পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত করার সাথে সাথে তোমার Examo অ্যাকাউন্টে পেইড প্ল্যান নিজে থেকেই চালু হয়ে যায়, সাধারণত কয়েক মিনিটের মধ্যে। একই অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে app.examo.net-এ আর Examo অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপে সাথে সাথেই ব্যবহার করতে পারবে।
চালু হতে দেরি হলে
পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে প্ল্যান চালু না হলে ট্রানজেকশন আইডিসহ hello@examo.net-এ লেখো বা +880 1343-008551 নম্বরে কল করো। আমরা প্ল্যানটি চালু করে দেব, অথবা রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী টাকা ফেরত দেব।
কোথায় পাওয়া যায়
ইন্টারনেট সংযোগ থাকলে বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গা থেকে Examo ব্যবহার করা যায়, ফোনের ব্রাউজারে, কম্পিউটারে বা অ্যান্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপে।
